I was born and raised in Colorado, and I’ve had a lifelong connection to the mountains and the Winter Park area.Some of my earliest memories are skiing here with my family. My father was part of the early days at Winter Park, and over the years we’ve watched it grow into what it is today. That history gives me a deep appreciation for this place and the people who come here to enjoy it.Today, I live right here at Zephyr Mountain Lodge in a condo we recently remodeled. This isn’t just where I work—it’s home. It also gives me a very real, day-to-day understanding of what it takes to plan and complete a successful renovation in this building.

We are specifically set up to provide the remote property owner a reliable, trustworthy and professional single point of contact for the entire project.Over time, I’ve focused my work specifically on renovations here at ZML. Each project is different, but they all share the same goal: to create a space that feels clean, well-built, and comfortable for years to come.Working in Zephyr comes with its own set of challenges—logistics, scheduling, HOA requirements, and coordination—but it’s also where I’ve developed a strong understanding of how to navigate the process efficiently and get things done right..
